Data Backups

Since FlowDesk doesn't sync your data to third-party clouds, the responsibility for data backups rests entirely in your hands. This is a feature, not a bug.

Recommended Backup Methods

  1. Cloud Sync Folders: Save your Workspace inside your iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox folder. The sync client will automatically back it up to your own cloud!
  2. Automated Backups: For developers, you can rely on FlowDesk's built-in automatic daily database backups stored in FlowDeskData/backups/auto to your private GitHub/GitLab.

Never worry about data leaks from our end, as we never touch your local files.
